Jo is great with animals, especially dogs. She has a lot of patience and is the person that started the initial training with our dog all the way to getting her to retrieve. Jo used games instead of traditional methods to teach our dog certain commands such as stop. So our dog loved it and learnt really quickly. You can tell that Jo loves interacting with dogs and is very good at reading subtle signs and dealing with what can be high stress situations for dogs such as grooming and bathing. I think those skills come from her childhood spent with horses. Overall, Jo is great and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
