My Experience: * Bird Mom: I’ve owned exotic birds for 15 years. * Vet Assistant Perks: I spent time working in a vet clinic, so I have experience working with cats and dogs. I know what to look for to make sure everyone is healthy and safe. * Shelter Volunteer : I’ve spent plenty of time volunteering at shelters, which means I’m great with small animals and exotics. My Philosophy: Whether I’m hanging out with your cat, walking your dog, or making sure your bird is chirping, I treat your pets like they’re my own family. You’ll get plenty of photos and updates so you know they’re having a good time while you’re away. Bottom line: Your pet’s comfort is my #1 priority. I’ve spent 15 years keeping exotic birds, and I currently have two budgies of my own. They get flight time, fresh water, and a spread of fresh veggies every single day—and I bring that same "spoiled and healthy" standard to every pet I watch. Whether you have a dog, a cat, or a feathered friend, I’ll make sure your pet gets the same experience. I make it my mission to ensure every pet in my care gets the exercise they need and their meals exactly how they like them.

Joanne is officially my go-to sitter for my cat, Finn. Being a former feral adoptee, Finn is incredibly shy and slow to trust, but he warmed up to Joanne almost immediately. She is always respectful of his space and strictly follows his routine. I always return to a tidy home and a cat that was clearly well loved and happy. 10/10 service, I can’t recommend her enough :)
As a fellow sitter / walker on Rover, I’d highly recommend Joanne to care for your fur babies. She’s an huge animal lover and super reliable. I’d 100% trust her with my own pets and I’m sure she will care for yours as if they was her own.
