Joanne and her family were great. I was left in a bind last minute as two other dogsitters canceled on me last minute for personal reasons and I was scrambling around to find someone to watch Teddy as I was about to fly home for a funeral within hours. She really put my heart at ease with photos and updates as I was nervous with him being a senior with some senior issues, and I haven’t been away from him for more than the time I leave for and come back from work since his issues worsened at the onset of my other furbaby passing. I really appreciate their patience and understanding with Teddy’s aging issues. I definitely will be taking Teddy back again if they will be willing to care for Teddy again.
Joanne was great! I had never left my littler Pomeranian with a Rover Sitter before. She sent me picture and let me know how she was doing. She even smelled good, like she was given a bath.
Joanne is amazing! Great communication and pictures throughout our pups stay! They loved her and can’t wait to see her again!
