A dog’s best friend
I am Jo, the heartbeat behind Cole’s Canines Ltd which I run with my trusty companion .. Darcey. Darcey is my 9 year old sprocker spaniel and if im honest, the real face behind CCL! She is the leader, the teacher & the translator! We have also just added little whirlwind to the pack… Margot, our crazy chocolate cocker! We have now been established a year & have decided to specialise in what we love .. spaniels! The crazier the better!! So we are now opening our books up to new spaniels. We offer home from home boarding & daycare but with a white glove service.

Our 1 year old cocker spaniel, Woody, has just come back from his one week stay with Jo. He had the best time ever! Jo and her family provided a 5 star experience. We received regular updates on what he was up to. Jo has access to a paddock so Woody got lots of off the lead time to run around. And Jo’s kids even took the time to teach him some dog agility whilst Woody was with them. I can’t recommend Jo highly enough. We have already booked in for our next trip!
Jo is wonderful! I highly recommend her!! Jo looked after our dog Stanley when we were on holiday, and he had a great time. Jo sent us photos of him having fun which put our minds at rest, and allowed us to relax knowing he was in good hands. It’s clear to see that Stanley has been loved and cared for whilst we were away, so thank you Jo!!! 🙏🥰

Dylan has such an amazing time with Jo. He’s made lovely friends and Jo organises interesting outings which stimulate, exercise and tire him out. He always comes back very well exercised and happy xx

Schedule
We love nothing more then spending the day outside (all weather) exploring, playing & socialising. We have our own fully enclosed paddock in Bramdean, which we use for daycare. Safe & fun play, agilty & learning. With something for all the senses including our new “dig pit” !

A bit about Jo .. I am fully insured, have completed the pet care diploma & am canine first aid and emergency care trained. I am also, inbetween caring for dogs & busy family life, studying dog behaviour & psychology. Mr C joins us on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & the dogs love him!! Trying to convince him to come on board full time! CCL really is a family affair though, weekends and half terms/holidays our 3 children join in on walks & playing with the dogs! In the holidays we all love to attend the local dog shows, entering the fun competitions, we also take trips to the beach, the woods & pub gardens!! Living in Micheldever we have the woodland & meadow walks literally on our doorstep! We have a fully enclosed garden. I always suggest a meet & greet prior to caring for your dog & I normally hold these at our Bramdean Paddock. We can chat & get to know each other & your dog can meet some of our daily regulars! We do tend to get booked up quite quickly for the holiday periods, so early communication is always preferred. I run a very busy diary alongside Rover. If you would like Darcey, Margot & I to look after your dog whilst you go away or for daycare please get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you.
Pets
A typical day
Learning is key for a dog. So we play lots of enrichment games & do lots of exploring. Safe monitored socialisation is also great for dogs, and we use our paddock to do this.
