Animals ARE Family, not pets
I have taken care of all different animals since I was 10,Ones with fur and ones without. I have volunteered at shelters and worked for 7 years at a Vet Clinic. I have had animals all my life. I love all animals of any size, not afraid of the big guys either. I have raised animals from birth till they found the rainbow bridge. I find it is most important that the animal feels safe and secure when in my care whether that be in their home or mine. I lost both of my cats in the past 2 years and my 14yr old rescue pup less then a year ago. I miss having a furry companion around and feel like this opportunity would fill that void for me and the pets I watch who are missing their family. I'm an avid hiker and love being outdoors regardless of the weather. Your pet will never be bored :)

I currently don't have any children or pets in my home. I would also only host one pet family at a time in my home. After recently caring for my latest dog who had many health issues, I'm very familiar with "older" pets and their special needs, as well as the new babies, with that being said every animal is different and needs would be discussed on an individual basis.

JoAnne is a quick study and expertly navigated her way around the quirks of each animal! This is our first experience with her, and we returned from our trip to happy, healthy babies. We appreciated her brief, daily updates and look forward to working with JoAnne again for future coverage!

JoAnne is amazing!! We knew as soon as we met her that she was perfect to trust with our 5 month old puppy. JoAnne is an obvious dog lover and was so great with getting Penny lots of exercise, affection and attention. We were able to rest completely easy knowing JoAnne had everything covered. Can’t recommend her enough!!
Joanne took great care of our senior goldendoodles in our home, she understood their personalities right away and we received daily updates/pictures. I would highly recommend.

I have a very flexible work schedule as I own and run my own business, I can be available with very little notice to care for your babies. Schedules can be worked around your animals needs.
