I’m so happy to write this reference for my mum, as she begins offering dog sitting/walking. She has always been a true animal lover and has been a “pet person” her entire life. Dogs absolutely adore her and it’s easy to see why. She naturally talks to them as if they’re little children, with so much warmth, patience and affection. She doesn’t just look after dogs, she connects with them. Growing up, our home was always full of love for animals, and she has always treated every dog like part of the family. She’s incredibly kind, responsible and attentive. She pays close attention to their routines, makes sure they’re comfortable and safe, and genuinely enjoys spending time playing, walking and cuddling them. Any dog in her care will be treated with so much love and attention. She would never see it as “just dog sitting” she would see it as caring for someone’s beloved family member. I have no doubt she would be a wonderful, trustworthy and caring dog sitter.
