Joanna was very kind when we met her and you could tell she was an animal lover. It made me feel confident that they were in good hands. She had a tall order with 2 dogs, 2 cats and a tortoise with specific food instructions and it was no problem for her. She was happy to do it. All the pets were on their best behavior so I know they liked her too. I would be happy to book with Joanna again.
