Joanna was good with the dogs and communicated well with us while we were gone. We also have a bunny, and she kindly agreed to care for him as well for a small additional charge, which we appreciated. However, upon arriving home, my 12-year-old daughter found a weed bowl in our backyard with marijuana still inside. When I addressed it, Joanna stated it belonged to her boyfriend, which was concerning and unexpected, as I had not approved any guests to come to our home during our absence. I went back and forth on even leaving a review because I do not want to negatively impact her future bookings. Joanna was very kind, communicative, and completed the job she was hired to do. However, having unapproved guests at someone’s home, especially without prior discussion, is something I feel should be communicated clearly and agreed upon ahead of time. Additionally, guests should exercise better judgment than to use THC products on someone else’s property and leave paraphernalia behind. Finding it accessible to a child made the situation especially concerning and left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.

Joanna is great with our dogs and they really appreciate her stopping by to visit with them.

Joanna did such a great job with our pack. She was very patient with them and allowed them the space to get to know her better. We received sufficient updates about how they were doing and photos. I will definitely book with Joanna again.

Chloe enjoyed herself other than the storms. Joanna did great with her during the storms. As most people with pets know. Storms are problem for some dogs. Chloe is one of them. Joanna advised us of the situation. We gave her some advice that might help in Chloe's situation. Not knowing Chloe. Joanna did great. She also advised that Chloe not being around other dogs did wonderful with hers. All in all a great experience for Chloe and us.
