Joanna is so kind and very reliable! After she took care of my cat a couple months ago, I rebooked with her earlier this month when I was away for a week.
Joanna loves animals and she took great care of my cat. She sent daily updates and photos to me, which I really appreciated!
Having Joanna pet sit for us was a wonderful experience. She was prompt and thorough and kept us updated and our dog loved her. We had a sensitive situation arise on our last day and Joanna was sympathetic, helpful, professional and kept in contact with us through it. We will definitely be looking to hire Joanna again in the future.
