I have had pets in my house since I was born. Growing up I spent time with both cats and dogs. Throughout my youth, I walked the neighbourhood dogs, and during high school I volunteered at the BC SPCA, where I collected over 200 hours volunteering in the dog enrichment department. I have also worked as both a dog and cat sitter in the past. I spent a few months caring for 2 cats while obtaining my bachelor of science. I have also cared for people's dogs while they were away on vacation for up to 10 days.

I will always treat your home with care and respect. I am also very active so I assure you that your dog will get plenty of exercise when out for walks! I have a dog of my own, so if your pup is friendly I love bringing her along so the dogs can socialize.

I had a great experience with my pet sitter. She was reliable, followed through on everything she said she would do, and sent me regular photos and updates while I was away. Knowing my pets were happy and well cared for gave me real peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my time away without worrying. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable pet sitter.
Joanna took care of Brussel for the day for us. Brussel came back happy and tired.

Joanna is very calm and patient. She is always on time and reliable. I have a difficult little rescue pup that we are working on getting use to having walker. She is very understanding of his issues.
Joanna acommendated our last-minute daycare request. She is very nice and TT had a good time with her! Definitely will take TT for another Daycare!

Schedule
My schedule is fairly flexible as long as I have enough notice. As a full time doctoral student, I love taking breaks to hang out furry friends! I am typically unavailable for dog walking and drop in visits on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, as well as Thursday mornings due to university requirements.
