Responsible and caring dog lover
For the last thirty five years, I have cared for my own dogs. I have looked after them from a young puppy at eight weeks old through to our old timers, one of whom went blind and needed that extra love and time. I have a large, secure garden for our current two male dogs, a Labrador and a Springer Spaniel. Both are extremely friendly with everyone, including children. I'm at home every day which makes like easier, especially for any dog who may experience separation anxiety. I believe that dogs are precious beings and deserve care and attention when they go on their holidays as well 😊 Happy to host all age of dogs.

We were able to book Jo very last minute. She was very accommodating and allowed us to visit the next day to make sure our dogs got along. As soon as I met Jo, I knew we made the right choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Ollie adored her and we got lots of updates so we knew in real time he was having a good time!
My dog stayed for the night at Joanna’s home recently. Being the first time I done this I was a little nervous but Joanna put my mind at complete ease. I received updates throughout the day and evening, she was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Joanna asked a lot of questions to make sure she gave the best care for Toby. I could not recommend her enough and I am more than happy to let him stay there again.
This was Jack's first time away from us and I felt so comfortable leaving him with Joanna. I'm already checking diaries for his next day.
After being with Pepe every day for seven months we were so conernd about leaving him. But we needed o f worried Jo sent of photos , videos, every day and his tail was up so we were aware he was so happy. All her family looked after him so well.They took time on arrival and pick up to tell us how he did. Thank you Jo we I'll certainly pass on the imformation about you with Rover.
Joana was fabulous and looked after our Stanley like he was her own. She kept us updated throughout the day with texts and photos. Stan had a packed day a has slept solidly since! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanna to others - thank you!

Schedule
I'm a retired so at home for good chunks of the day. Having got two dogs, we are well versed in dog needs and care.

I have a large secure garden where the dogs can wander around in safety. My home is big enough to accommodate a couple of extra dogs.
Pets
A typical day
A typical day sees us letting our dogs out in the garden for their morning sniff before having their breakfast. I will have a play in the garden, weather permitting, before a stroll. Another walk will follow in the afternoon with the dogs being given their tea around 6ish. If the weather is good, the back door will be left open to allow our dogs to wander in and out. I will play throughout the day to give our dogs stimulus and interaction.
