I have recently taken early retirement, which means I have the time and flexibility to provide attentive and reliable care for pets. I have always loved animals and have had them throughout my life. For the past 7 years we had a much-loved Lhasa Apso who was a rescue dog and a wonderful part of our family. Sadly he passed away recently. We now have our cat, Joker, who is also a rescue and has been with us for 13 years after appearing one snowy evening when her owner could not be found. Because of my experience, I am particularly comfortable caring for cats and smaller, calmer dog breeds and will always ensure pets receive gentle care, companionship and attention while their owners are away.

I have loved animals since childhood and have always had pets in my life. I am a reliable, caring and trustworthy local pet sitter based in Keighley, and for the past 10 years I have cared for my own Lhasa Apso and two cats, so I understand the daily responsibility and attention pets need to feel happy and secure. I am comfortable caring for cats and smaller to medium-sized dogs with calm and friendly temperaments. I also occasionally help a friend with a local community group that assists with finding and reuniting lost dogs with their owners, which has given me additional awareness of pet safety and responsible care. I aim to provide gentle, experienced care so pets feel relaxed and secure while their owners are away, and I’m always happy to send regular photo and message updates for reassurance.
