Since I have a cat, I prefer to pet sit at your home. I also think it is better for the pet. He/she will miss you when you're gone so at least being at home is less stressful for them. Since I have a roommate my kitty, Oscar, is well taken care of when I am at your home loving your little ones. It's important to note that I like to keep in regular contact with you pet owners and inform you about what I and your pets are doing. I also like to send pics!! You just let me know how often you want to hear from me.

I like to know anything you think is important to tell me. Some examples might be; how much to feed them and when, how long should the walk be, what scares them, what do they enjoy doing, what commands do you use, and much more. You know best what is important for your pet and I will do my very, very best to serve them as you request.
A typical day
I love walking dogs!! Great exercise for both of us. The bonus is that I have a car with a special back seat pet cover so I can comfortably take your pet to its' favourite park! I am very familiar with many off leash parks in eastern Toronto including, Woodbine Beach, Cherry Beach and Withrow Park. Of course while we are resting in your home, I enjoy sitting beside your pet on the couch if you permit it. I can brush them, pet them and keep them in my sight. All in all, we will all have a great time!!

I love all critters: dogs, cats, reptiles, hamsters, chinchillas, birds and fish. I've been a cat owner my whole life and have a cat at the present time so I will not board at my house. I am a dog walker and house sitter. I used to own a Bearded Dragon lizard and don't mind handling snakes. I believe pets are less anxious if when their owners leave, the pet can remain at home. I will walk dogs twice at least when I stay over night and provide a lot of attention. I am able to provide basic grooming for both dogs and cats. Because I have a car, I will take your dog to the Cherry Beach dog park for a long fun-filled excursion. Your home and your pet will be well taken care of by me!

This is the second time Joanna has watched over my pets , 2 cats and a dog, at my home. I highly recommend her and will continue to entrust her with my gang .
Joanna was great! She provided updates and pictures throughout her stay. She made sure that Jasper got lots of play time and snuggles. We came home to a very tired and happy dog. I look forward to booking with Joanna again in the future.

Joanna is just the best! She checked in on my two boys daily while I was out of town for a week. She was so thorough with understanding their needs and made sure they were given lots of love and playtime at each drop-in visit, in addition to feeding them, changing their water, and emptying their litter box. You won’t find a better petsitter! I’d give ten stars if I could!
