Safety, trust & environment

Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, their comfort and safety always come first. I stick closely to your pet’s routine and follow all care instructions, from feeding and medications to litter box or walk schedules. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and treat it as if it were my own—clean, secure, and calm. In my home, I create a peaceful, pet-friendly environment where your cat can relax and feel safe, with cozy spots to hide or perch and no loud disruptions. I take time to build trust with each pet, especially shy or nervous ones, and I always prioritize an stress-free experience. Whether you’re gone for a day or a week, you can count on regular updates and lots of care while you’re away.

Information Joanna G. would like to know about your pet

Before watching someone’s pet, it’s important for me to know their routine, personality, and any special needs they may have. I like to know their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and whether they have any medical conditions or medications. It’s also helpful to understand their behavior, such as if they are shy, energetic, or anxious around strangers or other animals. Knowing what toys or activities they enjoy, as well as any things that might scare or upset them, helps me make sure they feel comfortable and safe while their owner is away.

A typical day

Daily walks around the neighborhood or park • Letting dogs safely explore and sniff (great mental stimulation) • Light jogging if the dog has lots of energy 2. Playtime • Fetch with balls or toys • Tug-of-war • Playing with their favorite toys indoors or in the yard 3. Mental Stimulation • Puzzle toys or treat games • Hide-and-seek with treats or toys • Practicing basic commands like sit, stay, or shake 4. Relaxation and Comfort • Cuddling and petting if the animal enjoys affection • Quiet time together so they feel safe and not lonely • Keeping their routine similar to what they’re used to

Pet care experience

Hi! My name is Anna, and I provide reliable, loving care for pets while their owners are away. I currently work part-time and attend school, which has helped me develop strong time management skills and a dependable routine. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can feel stressful, so I make communication a priority. I’ll keep you updated with photos, messages, and check-ins so you can feel confident your pet is safe and cared for. I have experience caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Whether your pet enjoys walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m happy to accommodate them. I also have references available upon request from pet owners who can speak to my reliability, communication, and the care I provide. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet have a positive, stress-free experience. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member!

Joanna was honestly a terrible sitter and not even close to a pet lover. She barely interacted with my 4month old puppy at all. I had to keep reminding her to feed him and take him out for potty, and she didn’t even bother taking him for walks. The worst part is she left my puppy alone in his crate for about 15 hours, with maybe just 1–2 hours outside the entire time. We were so concerned for his well being that we had to contact Rover and get her replaced immediately. She said she would watch him free of cost and refund everything, but we were still charged for a day and an extended rate. We didn’t feel safe leaving our pup with her at all .she was barely even home. I would not recommend her to anyone.
