I'm very flexible and easy going when it comes to caring for your dog. Furniture, beds, or crates...whatever they are used to they will get. All I ask in return is a house trained, fully vaccinated friendly dog who will be happy to share our space and get along with my very friendly old Jack Russell. Prior to overnight visits we do require a trial session, either a day or overnight stay to ensure your dog is going to be happy and settled with us.

Information Joanna C. would like to know about your pet

I want your dog/s to feel right at home while staying , so let me know about any medical conditions, special needs, or quirks I should be aware of. This includes things like medications, allergies, mobility issues, or anything that might help me give them the best care. I'd also love to hear about their daily routines—feeding times, favorite activities, bedtime habits—anything that keeps them happy and comfortable. The more I know, the better I can make their stay feel like a home away from home!

A typical day

A fun day with my dogs starts with morning cuddles and a stroll straight from the house. This lovely woodland walk gives plenty of opportunity for wagging tails and exploring noses. Even a splash in the river if they fancy! Back home, they relax, have breakfast, lounge in the fenced garden if it's sunny or the furniture if its not! In the afternoon, we head to the fields where i have my small holding. Acres and acres of private land, fully deer fenced where the dogs can be running, splashing, and chasing till their hearts content! After a rinse or a quick bath, it’s dinner and couch cuddles while we wind down. A calm evening stroll under the stars (or clouds) ends our day, and doggy dreams commence!

Pet care experience

Having grown up on a farm, I'm lucky enough to have looked after animals of all shapes and sizes. In addition to my own lovely old Jack Russell I have a small holding which has approx 20 acres of deer fenced land where dogs can scamper about with out worry of getting out. I am dog first aid qualified, fully licenced and insured and here waiting for your dog to join us for their holiday while you enjoy yours!

Our 8yo Cockapoo had a ball staying with Joanna. Her stay there was everything that you would want for your dog. Staying in a family home in the country with excellent walks around the area. Joanna was very switched on to the habits and routines of my dog and I was confident that I was leaving her in good hands. Joanna was also very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times.
