Hi, I’m Joanna! I’ve had animals around me for my entire life and have experience caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, reptiles, hamsters, and other small animals. I have owned a German Shepherd for the past 7 years, giving me hands-on experience with feeding, exercising, training, and providing daily care. Looking after different types of animals has helped me understand that every pet has unique needs and deserves patience, attention, and kindness. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away

Joanna took care of my dog Sky who is old and can't see properly. She kept me posted daily and look after my boy wich was not easy to do because of his condition. I am happy to recommend her pet care service to everyone as she is a reliable person.

Cayenne stayed with Joanna for 5 nights and had such a lovely time! She was really happy and clearly well looked after. Joanna sent me loads of photos and updates, which I really appreciated and made me feel completely at ease. I’m so happy with everything and would highly recommend her 😊🫶🏻
I’ve put 3 stars because Joanne accepted last minute which was great, however she wasn’t there on handover and wasn’t there when I picked my dog up, it was the husband

Schedule
I am currently in school, but I have a flexible schedule and am available a lot of the time for dog sitting, drop-in visits, and walks. I am happy to work around your pet’s routine to make sure they receive the care and attention they need. Your pet will never be left alone for long periods, as I live with family and there is always someone at home. I understand how important companionship is for dogs and always make sure they are safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout their stay.

I live in a flat with a small green area at the front, where dogs can be taken out regularly for toilet breaks throughout the day. While the area is not fully enclosed, I always keep dogs safe and supervised when outside. My local area also has several fields and dog-friendly walking spots, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and fresh air. I make sure every pet is kept secure, comfortable, and well cared for, and I always follow any instructions provided by owners to maintain their pet’s usual routine.

A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of attention, playtime, and regular walks. Dogs will be taken out for toilet breaks throughout the day and will receive walks suited to their age, energy level, and routine. I love spending time playing with dogs, whether that’s with toys, games, or simply giving them lots of fuss and attention. I make sure pets feel comfortable, happy, and included in my daily routine, while following any instructions from their owners to keep things as familiar as possible
