looking for furry friends
hello! i am based near Bourne and have just moved back from Sheffield where I was living after university. During my time at university, i felt lonely and homesick from all my animals back home so i downloaded Rover for some animal company and met the best furry friends ever! I have decided to keep the app whilst having moved from sheffield as I wish to continue my furry friend journey :) i do drive aswell which is a bonus!

Joana has looked after our 3 dogs loads of times now and they absolutely love seeing her every time! She is great at communicating, always on time and the dogs are always happy to spend time with her.
My nervous rescue dog Baloo loves being looked after by Joana! I always know he will have a lovely time with her, and he is very happy to see her! Joana is kind, reliable and does everything exactly as asked to care for him. 5 stars!
Joana was absolutely amazing! Rue and Quill had the best time staying with her. I got lots of pictures and videos nothing was too much hassle. Joana also picked them up and dropped them home which was a lifesaver! Will 100% be using her again. Thank you Joana!
Joana was fabulous with our Miniature Dachshund Frank, she took care of him like her own. She is really easy to communicate with and left our house today and clean, we will definitely be booking Joana again!
Joana was such a great house sitter for my cat Freya. She kept me up to date with pictures whilst I was away and took really great care of her. Felt very comfortable leaving her in Joana’s care and would definitely book again the next time I go away
Me and my partner had Joana look after our cat and stay in our home while we went away for 4 days, we were initially apprehensive about leaving someone in our home that we didn't know because we had never done this before, but Joana came round a few days before and met both ourselfs and the cat and put our mind at ease. While we were away she kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos and we could tell our cat was in safe hands, we came back to a happy cat and a spotless house, she is very friendly and courteous and clearly an animal lover we highly reccomend using Joana and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again in the future.

Schedule
i work for BMW but have aspirations to become a primary school teacher one day and as much as I adore working with children, I love spending time with animals too! i work from 8:30am to 5:30pm everyday and have the weekends free which could be spent entertaining and looking after your furry child/children instead of scrolling through tiktok hehe

i feel as the best person to trust with your pet would be someone who’s grown up on a mini farm around all sorts of animals. At my parent’s home i have 2 dogs, 5 cats and 4 sassy chickens (mine is called dora the eggsplora). I love walking the dogs at home through the countryside and changing the chicken run aswell as making sure all animals have food and water. these responsibilities never feel like chores!

A typical day
A typical day for me and your pet would be their normal routine which i would speak to you about beforehand. I’d also make sure to keep your pet entertained throughout the day and any extra walks or visits out of their normal routine, I’d always make sure to ask first :)
