It was my first time using any pet sitting service, and naturally I was a bit nervous of how my dogs would do in a brand new environment. My dogs can be easily nervous and shy, so it was imperative that I found someone who would be gentle, patient, and genuinely cared about animals. I am so grateful to have found Joan because she embodies that person from beginning to end. She has great communication, is very experienced and adaptable to your pet’s specific needs, and provides you with peace of mind that your pets are safe and sound in her care. She kept me updated with pictures and anything else that was necessary or helpful to share. I was able to be fully present at my event because I knew my dogs were thoroughly cared for. Joan Marie was fantastic with my dog Cooper. From our first Meet and Greet and 2 drop in visits she continually let me know that Cooper would be well cared for while I was away for 5 days. From the time I left she constantly sent me texts and pictures to keep me updated as to what was happening. It was a pleasure working with her and she let me know she was there for myself and Cooper even after I came home. Very professional and did an outstanding job
