Pet care experience
Animal Lover College Student :)
I have always been an animal lover! Growing up, I had a dog and then begged my parents for other pets. We had two box turtle, two guinea pigs, and a rabbit at one point. Now, I have two cats, two dogs, and a new addition: a crested gecko. I am the type of person to come over and ask about your pets immediately, one of my favorite things is meeting new dogs!!

Ratings and reviews
Our Judy was shy this time, but Joan was always trying! She was very helpful with cleaning up to avoid flies in this heat, trash out, dishes completed. Myself and my kiddos are so thankful to have someone offering their love to our beloved kitty while we’re gone. Thank you so much And we cannot wait to join you for our honeymoon!

Joan was awesome!! Our dog winnie can be nervous with new people, but you could tell Winnie warmed up to Joan and her husband quickly! She sent lots of pictures and updates. Winnie and our house was in good hands! She really went above and beyond!

Joan was great!

Joan was amazing. I had a simple job helping my Indoor/outdoor cat get fresh food, and she went above and beyond each visit. With intense heat coming, she even thought of extra things like cleaning the used cat dishes and emptying the trash to avoid flies while I was gone. We look forward to having her back. Thank you!

Joan has been amazing with my dogs and so helpful to me with helping me get in their daily exercise while I’ve been expecting a new baby and my busy schedule. The girls are always so excited to see her and love their walks!

Schedule
I am majoring in communications with dual minors in biology and sustainability. My long term career goals are to go into conservation and pursue either field research or endangered species conservation! Right now I’m on summer break so I am available most days and times. I unfortunately cannot commit to any long term or weekly scheduled dog walking due to fall semester coming, however if you need me to fill in for a weekend or a day here and there, I can make it work! My spouse usually joins me for everything, feel free to ask anything about them! (Summary: also huge animal lover, volunteered at the zoo, biology major) The two of us volunteer together at the wildlife rehab (Rescue Release Repeat) in South Bend. If you have any questions about any of this information feel free to reach out!
