I’ve owned a cat for four years and volunteered for several years at a dog shelter, working with litters of puppies, their moms, and anxious dogs. I grew up loving going to farms to interact with the variety of animals and horseback riding.

Jo is a great animal parent. She is a gentle and attentive caregiver and it shows with her own cat. From my time knowing Jo, she is also a huge dog person. Jo will be a wonderful addition to Rover and every pet will be taken care of and loved!
Jo Yi is a trustworthy friend to animals. During her youth, she took care of horses and learned the ins and outs of the stables. She dreamed having a dog in her life and plans to adopt one in the next 15 years. Jo Yi found her love of cats four years ago and adopted a kitten shortly after. She takes good care of him, keeping to consistent feeding times, managing litter box cleanings, and being a companion to her pet. She enjoys volunteering at the local dog shelter where she takes care of teething puppies and cleans after them and the space appropriately. Overall, she is a good fit for the role and I can see that she will enjoy her time keeping the animals happy.
