I was a veterinarian's assistant years ago, and a stable hand for both dressage riding and western. I don't crate any animals unless they are more comfortable being crated. I truly love animals. Your pet will be well-taken care of, loved and played with as if they are my own! I tend to get more dog petsitting clients than cat petsitting clients, but I love them equally. Ask me about long term horse care I've done or my experience with larger animals in general. I come with stellar references (not on Rover) that I'm happy to send. I also leave your home in excellent condition. Bedding and towels are washed (if washer/dryer are available), floors are swept, and toys are picked up. You'll come home to a clean, comfortable home.

Jo was fantastic! She loved our babies and they loved her right back! We have pretty high maintenance critters in terms of meds and it was such a relief to not have to wonder how things were going or if they were all getting what they needed. She sent photos and notes daily, and left the house in better shape than she found it. We will definitely be rebooking with Jo!

Jo is amazing! I have never felt better leaving my dogs. It is never fun but they took to Jo right away and were a little mopey when she left so I know they had the best time. Such a nice person and such a great dog and house sitter!

Schedule
I mostly work from home and have the luxury of spending quality time with your pets. When I do leave for work or errands, I will usually be back within a 4 hour timeframe. I'll let you know ahead of time if there is a day I'll need to be gone longer than that. We will go for two walks per day minimum (morning & evening) with potty breaks in between. The above doesn’t work for every dog, such as elderly dogs. I’m always open to working with your pets needs; we will create a plan specific to them.
