Here are a few things I’d love to know ahead of time: Temperament & Personality: Is your dog shy, energetic, reactive, or super social? Do they prefer calm walks or high-energy play? Knowing their personality helps me tailor the visit to what they love most. Medications or Health Needs: If your pup takes any medications or has specific health concerns (like allergies, arthritis, or dietary restrictions), please let me know. I’m experienced with administering medications and always prioritize your pet’s well-being. Behavioral Quirks: Any behaviors I should be aware of? For example—reactivity to other dogs, resource guarding, escape artistry, or fear of loud noises. No judgment—just helpful to know! Leash or Harness Preferences: If your dog has a specific walking setup or gear they’re most comfortable in, I’ll gladly stick to their routine. Favorite Things (or Least Favorite): Whether it's belly rubs, a special toy, swimming, or just a quiet spot to nap, I love to know what makes your dog feel at home—and what doesn’t. Sharing these details helps me provide the best care possible and makes sure your pup feels safe, understood, and totally loved while you're away!
A typical day
Whether your dog loves a high-energy adventure or a chill day in the sun, I’ve got you covered! I’m an avid hiker and love hitting the trails, and I’d be happy to take your pup along for a nature walk full of new sights and smells. If your dog enjoys lounging outdoors, I’m always down to sit outside, let them sniff around, soak up the sunshine, and just enjoy the moment. Swimming is a favorite activity in my house—my own dog lives for a good swim—so if your pup is a water lover too, I’m happy to take them for a splash (with your permission, of course!). And if your dog prefers cozy cuddles and a nap break during a drop-in, that’s totally okay too. I know how important rest is, and I’m all about making your dog feel safe, loved, and comfortable—whatever their vibe is that day. Your pet's well-being and happiness are my top priorities, and I’m always excited to give them a day that’s just as fun and relaxing as it is safe and loving.

I’ve been around dogs of all sizes and personalities since I was six years old, having grown up with a variety of breeds. For the past 8 years, I’ve been actively pet sitting and dog walking, caring for everything from tiny terriers to giant breeds. I currently have a large dog of my own with a big personality and unpredictable behaviors, so I’m very comfortable handling excitable, quirky, or high-energy pets. I’m also experienced with administering medications—oral, topical or injections—as my own pup requires daily meds. Whether your dog needs a calm presence or someone who can match their playful energy, I’m here to provide safe, reliable, and loving care. I truly love working with dogs and treat every pet like they’re part of my own family.
