I live in a gated community in a three-story townhome, which does include stairs. For dogs staying in my home, I always monitor pets closely and keep a clean, pet-friendly environment. However, I typically prefer house sitting in a client’s home, as it allows pets to remain in their familiar space and routine. I find that most animals feel less stressed when they can stay in their own environment, and I’m committed to maintaining their normal schedule, safety, and comfort.

It’s helpful for me to know ahead of time if your pet has any special needs, routines, or specific care instructions so I can give them the best possible experience! I’m very willing and capable of administering medications or extra care with clear guidance. I’m also comfortable handling larger, high-energy dogs and can provide activities like runs to help them stay happy and exercised.
A typical day
I’m a pretty active person, so I’d love to take your dog on a run to burn some energy or go on a walk through my neighborhood where they can explore new smells and have a little adventure! I also enjoy spending quality time at home whether that’s playing with toys, practicing tricks, or just giving them attention and affection.

Pet care experience
I’m planning to pursue a pre-veterinary path in college, and I’ve had the opportunity to intern at a local animal hospital where I gained hands-on experience in a professional pet care setting. Through this internship, I learned how to monitor animal behavior and it has given me exposure to a variety of breeds & personalities. In addition to my clinical experience, I’ve grown up caring for my own dog who has now passed and have pet sat for family friends’ dogs. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering basic medications, and running/walking energetic dogs (my pup was a puller) My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while giving owners peace of mind knowing their animals are in capable and caring hands.
