I work on the weekdays. I am off on weekends and federal holidays. I do work most of the day, but I am able to come home and provide care if needed.

I have babysit many dogs and cats in the past. I ensure to close off all doors or entryways that would allow them to access food or other things that are dangerous to his health. If I do not have time to put these things away, I store them in another open room outside of his cage/kennel. I only use the kennel as a last resort or if multiple pets in the house do not get along.

A typical day
I like to play with pets…I sing to mine and play with them also. I bought the pets I had clothes and toys often. I take dogs I sit on hikes around the area also.

I have had pets around me my entire life- mostly dogs. My childhood dog is currently 14 years old. I have a cat now, but I love taking care of pets not only because I enjoy taking care of others but because pets also support my mental and emotional health.
