Hi there! We’re a dog-loving couple who truly understand how much your furry family member means to you. We’ve both had dogs of our own, who sadly passed away after long and happy lives. Because of this, we know how important it is to give every dog not only care, but also love, patience, and attention. While living in Munich, we cared for dozens of dogs through Rover and received glowing reviews from every single pet parent. Many families became long-term clients, and their pups were always excited to see us again — which is the best compliment we could ever ask for! We’ve recently moved to Düsseldorf. My husband works from home, so your dog will never feel lonely. We have a car for pick-ups and drop-offs, and we love taking dogs out into nature for fresh air, play, and adventure. You can count on us to treat your dog as if they were our own. We’ll send regular photos and videos so you feel connected while you’re away. If your pup has special needs — such as medication, ointments, or other care routines — we’re happy to handle that with care and responsibility. We’d love to meet you and your pup, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure both of you feel comfortable, safe, and happy.

If we’re in a client’s home, we respect the space while making sure your pup feels loved, cared for, and secure in their own environment.

Jingyuan and Thomas are very friendly, flexible and reliable people. They took great care of Benny with short notice. Communication was excellent the entire time, they both updated me with some pictures during the day which gave me peace of mind. Jingyuan took wonderful care of my dog for one night, and my dog absolutely loved her! She made sure to include walks, playtime, and exercise. She also kept us updated with lots of photos and messages, which we really appreciated. When we informed her that we’d be a bit late due to traffic, she was very understanding. This was my second time with a sitter from Rover and again it went very well. Jingyuan answered quickly to my request and we had a phone call with her husband to speak about details. They were both very friendly. The regular photos and videos I received showed how comfortable Lennox was with them. They even planned a trip to the Gruga Park in Essen where he could play and run. For pickup my train was delayed and they were both very understanding. He came back home happy, healthy and without any issues. I agree with all the positive feedback Jingyuan and her husband have received here and can absolutely recommend them. 😊

Pet care is a natural part of our daily life. My husband works from home, so there’s always someone around to keep your dog company, give potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles. We plan our day around the dogs in our care, making sure they have a consistent routine with meals, walks, and rest.

- It’s very helpful for us to know about your dog’s daily routine, personality, and any special needs in advance. For example: • Feeding schedule and dietary restrictions • Medical needs (medications, ointments, allergies, past injuries) • Energy level and exercise preferences • Behavior traits (shy, playful, anxious, reactive, etc.) • How they get along with other dogs or people The more details you share, the better we can make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away.
