Experienced Sitter & Dog Handler
I have over six years of hands-on experience caring for and handling dogs, both personally and professionally. Over the years, I have owned and cared for a wide range of breeds, including Dachshunds, Dobermanns, Yorkshire Terriers, Maltese, Beagles, Salukis, German Shepherds and Italian Greyhounds. I have also participated in dog shows in China and internationally, where I have handled dogs in the ring. In addition, I am a partner in an Italian Greyhound kennel in China, which has given me further experience with different temperaments, routines and individual needs. I am comfortable caring for puppies as well as adult dogs, and I understand that every dog has its own personality and habits. I always follow the owner’s usual routine as closely as possible and make sure dogs receive plenty of attention, exercise and care while they are with me. For boarding, I prefer to care for dogs from one family at a time, so I can provide a calm environment and give them more individual attention.

Schedule
I’m a full-time postgraduate student, and my schedule is generally very flexible. I usually only need to be on campus two to three days a week, and my timetable varies from week to week. My own dogs are currently back home with my family, so spending time caring for dogs here is something I genuinely enjoy. I’m flexible with boarding, house sitting, walks and drop-in visits, and I’m happy to discuss dates and timings with owners in advance.

I always prioritize safety and comfort. I prefer to arrange a brief meet and greet with the dog and owner first, so I can understand the dog’s personality, routine, and specific needs. At my home, I keep a calm and clean environment and only care for dogs from one family at a time, so they can relax without stress. In an owner’s home, I carefully follow their instructions, maintain the pet’s normal routine, and keep the space tidy and respectful. I am used to caring for dogs with different temperaments, and I pay close attention to their behavior and well-being.

A typical day
I always tailor the day to each pet’s normal routine, energy level, and individual needs. A typical day includes regular walks, toilet breaks, playtime, gentle training or enrichment activities, and plenty of affection and attention. For dogs, I enjoy calm walks, interactive games, toys, and supervised social time where appropriate. I will follow your instructions carefully for feeding, medication, rest, and bedtime routines. Most importantly, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, loved, and treated like part of the family.

Please also let me know about any fears, triggers, training cues, behavioural concerns, or special instructions, so I can provide safe, consistent, and personalised care.
