Hello pet parents, Me and my family love to take care both cats and dogs. We have a female cat 8 years old now. In 2022, I raised up a future Leader Dog. Good luck, she successfully became a working guide dog. In 2023, I volunteered to care for FLD puppies at camp, and end of 2026 Jan,I successfully completed the GoodPup dog training program and received a dog trainer certificate. Now I'm an approved dog trainier on Rover. I'd love helping take care your pet, meanwhile, for some parents, if your pet needs training while boarding , book training class on Rover, get 30% discount training fee. Benifit accept training while boarding: offer consistent properly behavior reinforcement all day long. Parents save a lot time. I can train your dog in a variety of skills based on your preferences and goals. training includs : no food guarding, calm waiting during meal preparation, heel ( loose leash walking), collar or harnes accept, touch, sit, down, leave it, come, go to spot stay, potty training. crate training, Solve problems like jumping, biting and mouthing, barking.

Rags was cared for with such genuine concern and attentiveness. He had been struggling with persistent skin issues and flaking, and they took the time to truly understand what was going on rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution. She was incredibly thoughtful and proactive, identifying that avocado oil and targeted vitamins could make a meaningful difference. The change was remarkable—his skin improved, the flakes stopped, and he was visibly more comfortable and healthier. Most importantly, Rags was deeply loved and treated as if he were her own. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care, insight, and compassion he received.
Jin and her family were so welcoming and kind with our two cats. It is always so scary to leave your pets with strangers but thanks to Jin and Brian I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying if they were in the right hands or not. They gave me many updates and lots of pictures and videos of my cats being loved! Their son was also very kinda and excited to have some new friends in the house and it was very heartwarming. Thank you guys so much:)
Great pet sitters! Jin and Brian, along with their sweet kids, took amazing care of my cat. They kept me updated with photos every day, played with him, and made sure his food and all of his conditions were perfect. They truly went above and beyond to make sure he had the best possible experience. This was my cat’s first time being around another cat since he was a few months old, so I was nervous at first since they already have a cat. But they handled everything so well — my cat was never scared and felt comfortable right away. I truly appreciated their care and attention. I definitely recommend them!

Schedule
When have pet boarding, I spend a lot time at home, to know pets habbits and need. depends on parents willness, I could offer behavior adjustment and reinforcement : pull leash when walking, jumping, barking, to help build up a good manners. daily routine: potty after wake up, breakfast, walk and eliminate, rest, games, and engagement. any time they willing outside, has last potty before sleep.

My yard haven't fence, I will use leash every time your pet go out. my cat won't close to dogs, also I will sperate her from other cats, in different rooms, and in trun come out to play.

A typical day
Every day, we’ll follow a consistent morning and evening routine. we could walk many times in my block, I’ll give your pet plenty of time to explore and check out all the new smells around the neighborhood. also calm exercise in basement. If your pet has a lot of energy, we can go for a short run or play a fun game in basement to help them burn it off and stay happy.
