Jimena B. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

Jimena took great care of my fur babies! She was attentive to care instruction and my dogs seemed like they had a great time.

Extremely satisfied with booking Jimena and her husband! They had excellent communication and kept me updated on Kona with check ins and pictures. Really relieved that Kona had a great stay! Definitely booking them again in the future :)

We will not use Jimena again. We had communicated our time to drop off Bear. She was not there. Fifteen minutes later she showed up and said she had forgotten her phone while walking other dogs. When we dropped him off she promised lots of pics and videos. No communication for the first 24 hours at which time we asked for pictures which she sent . Then we called after another 48 hrs we reached out again since there had been no response the day before. When we showed up to pick up Bear at the scheduled time she did not meet us outside. After waiting 10 minutes and genuinely concerned, we knocked on the door for 5 minutes. We could hear them talking and dogs barking. When the door opened Bear ran out with no leash. We asked where his bed ,etc was and he asked us to wait. This took a long time and they finally brought his stuff. All in all very sketchy.

Jimena is a great sitter! She took amazing care of my puppy for a night :)
