Responsible and passionate for dogs
I have had 2 dogs in my life previously, and 3 cats. My son, who is 14 is passionate about dogs, he walks the neighbourhood dogs, has volunteered at a local doggie day care, and if you walk in the NE Woods you will probably have met him as he greets every dog! My other son is 12 and together with my wife we would all love to look after your dog. We're excited to take them for walks in the NE Woods which our 2/3 acre yard backs onto, or look after them in our house or yours.

Jim and Nicole took wonderful care of our dog, Cooper, for two weeks. He loves to go for walks and we were sent pictures regularly of Cooper’s walking adventures. We highly recommend Jim and Nicole and will definitely contact them again if we are in need if a sitter. They are the best!
Jim and family took our two pups in VERY last minute and gave them such a wonderful time. If we're in Comox again and in need of a sitter, we would not hesitate to rebook. Thank you again for taking care of our two hooligans

It was a pleasure to meet you Jim and Nicole. They were amazing with Kona. Kona has separation anxiety but Jim is super calm and Kona was pretty good when I left. She had walks and treats which is just perfect. Would definitely recommend Jim and Nicole to look after your pet. Thank you.
Coco had a great time at Nicole and Jim’s. Looks like she’s had loads of adventure time during the 5 days we were away. She’s still sleeping off the excitement 1.5 days later 😆 Will happily board Coco with Jim and Nicole’s family any time!

Schedule
I work from home full time and have flexible hours, so I have great availability. The only time it wouldn't be possible is if we are away of course.

Safety, trust & environment
Our 2/3 acre yard is currently only partially fenced but that could change in the future. For now we would welcome dogs inside and take them for walks in the woods behind our house. If we are looking after your pet at your house we would of course discuss what works for you. We do not have our own dog and will only care for one dog family at a time.
A typical day
We can take dogs for long walks in the NE Woods, or to the school/sports fields for catch and running around. We will give them lots of attention and love at home.
