Jillian was great. She treated my pup Scooby as her own. He loved hanging out at her house and didn't want to leave. She was very responsive and helpful with directions

This was our first time using Rover & we had a great experience with Jillian! She sent us update messages and pics of Wally to let us know he was doing well during his stay. When it was time for Wally to come home, we loved picking up a happy & tired dog. We would definitely work with Jillian again !
Jillian was very sweet and kind when we dropped off Dunkin and picked him up..she was very accommodating on some last minute time change which was such a big help!..she sent pics and updates.
