I will love your pets like my own!
I just finished my first year of veterinary school and have a bachelors degree in Animal Science. Prior to vet school, and during my summers and school breaks, I work as a kennel attendant at a doggie daycare/kennel and a veterinary assistant. In college I was also part of a club that trained guide dogs for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. I have lots of dog/cat sitting experience, as well as experience with horses, rabbits, and various other pets. I am comfortable administering medications and insulin as well. I love all animals and can’t wait to meet your furry friends!

Jillian came to our house and dropped in on our senior dog three times a day over a long weekend. Each time she was prompt and did everything that was asked of her—including administering insulin shots. She also gave updates to keep my mind at ease. Our dog is almost completely blind so we didn’t want to take him out of his environment and I felt comfortable with his quality of care while we were away.
I highly recommend Jillian. She has cared for my diabetic dog several times now and gives her her insulin injections and her eye medications, along with the usual care. Jillian is a responsible, kind, smart and attentive person and I completely trust her with my much loved high maintenance little girl.

I am currently available most days of the week and weekends. I will be in the area until the end of August when I will move back to school.

I can provide care for pets in your home and tend to their specific needs. I experience working with a wide variety of pets, including puppies/kittens, seniors, and animals who require medication or insulin injections. I do not offer pet care in my home as of now.

I am happy to do whatever activities your dog loves depending on their energy level whether its going for a walk, playing fetch, or just hanging out and getting some snuggles!
