I approach pet care with a strong focus on safety, trust, and respect for each pet pets environment in a clients home, I carefully follow all instructions to maintain the pets, normal routine, including feeding, exercise, and any specific preferences or boundaries. I am attentive to details like secure leashing, monitoring behavior, and keeping spaces clean and hazard free. I take time to build trust with each animal, moving at their pace and being mindful of their temperament and comfort level. Clear communication is also a priority, I provide regular updates to owners feel confident and informed while they’re away.

Jillian is such a wonderful pet sitter. She is easy going, very communicative, and was always upbeat and smiling when we spoke and when I met her in person. She is quick to respond and sent sweet pup updates. It was so reassuring to know my dogs were in good hands, being this was the first time I used Rover. I could tell from the moment my two dogs met her, that they would love her. She was even kind enough to let my two smothering labradors sleep in the same bed with her. My two young labs can be a handful and she seemed to have navigated her time with them beautifully. We will definitely use Jillian and her services in the future.

Jillian did a wonderful job taking care of my cats while I was away for 10 days. She came to the house twice a day (as I requested.) She fed them, scooped litter daily, and gave my older boy his diabetes shot every morning. She stayed and played with them so they could have some human interaction. I didn’t have her stay at the house, but I might do that next time. I think the cats would like that. They clearly love her!
Jillian took care of my dogs for three weeks while I was away and did an excellent job. She was staying in my house as well and left everything super clean (maybe even cleaner than it was before lol) and communicated very well. When she came over before I left so I could show her how everything worked she clicked right away with the dogs, was enthusiastic and attentive. I think they were sad to see me come home! Would highly recommend!

Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine, and I build my schedule with flexibility to prioritize the animals I’m caring for. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, as well as overnight stays when needed. I’m intentional about not over booking, so each pet receives consistent attention, timely walks, and unhurried care. Whether it’s maintaining a regular feeding schedule or incorporating longer walks and playtime, I make sure pets are integrated into my routine, not treated as an afterthought.
