This is the first time we ever let anyone care for our boys as our big guy can be stubborn. Jillian was so nice. It’s completely obvious she loves animals. She was on time, professional, and we even got updates that the boys were more than fine. I’m quite sure the boys were a little disappointed that “mom and dad” were back. We will definitely ask Jillian to care for our boys again.

I needed a dog sitter on barely a moment’s notice before heading out of the country, and I feel so lucky to have found Jillian who could help in Lake Bluff where I left the pups wirh family. I live in downtown Chicago and have two dogs with very different needs—one is a 13-year-old who’s anxious and can’t be kenneled, and the other is a high-energy 2-year-old black lab mix. I rarely travel and almost never leave my dogs with anyone else, so I was nervous about the whole arrangement. Jillian immediately put me at ease. She not only adapted quickly to the situation but went above and beyond—taking both dogs on long walks (even in unpleasant weather!) and being incredibly mindful of their individual temperaments. She also worked seamlessly with my mother-in-law, who was hosting the dogs at her house but isn’t able to walk them for extended periods. Jillian was reliable, kind, and clearly very experienced. I truly can’t recommend her enough and fully plan to work with her again.
