I work 9:30-5:30 five days a week so it’s important that your dog and I are a match in terms of their attention needs and my availability. If your dog needs checked on every 4 hours I might not be your best fit! However I love to have active evenings and mornings so I’m ready to go on lots of runs and walks anytime I’m home :)

I'm all about ensuring your pet's routine goes undisturbed. If your pet is used to a certain walk or food schedule, I will follow that schedule. I make a plan with my clients to ensure that how I care for their pet is aligned with their preferences. Particularly when house sitting, I request an in-person meet and greet to ensure that your dogs and I are a good fit, that I know where everything is, and that I can properly care for them before you're out of town!

If your dog has special medical needs that should be taken care of, I would love for us to talk about it in depth. Finally, I would like to know about your preferences to get your dog's energy out. I can do walks or runs, so if you have a preference, let me know!
A typical day
I love to keep your dog entertained! We'll go for a walk around your neighborhood, taking into account your dog's routine and energy needs. We'll play with its favorite toys, hang out in the yard, and it will, of course, get lots of pets! Before I leave, your pup will get one last potty break so there are no accidents.

Pet care experience
I've had dogs all my life and have been one of the primary caretakers for my dog for the past few years. I am well-versed in every type of dog, including seniors, puppies, rescues, anxious, and tough breeds (I own a Jack Russell Terrier). I am also familiar with challenging behaviors, such as resource guarding, leash pulling, and accidents. Whatever your pet throws at me, I can take it!

Jillian was such a wonderful sitter for our big babies! From the first meeting, even our stranger danger shepherd was at ease with her. Easy to communicate with and our dogs missed her when she left, even crying at the room where she had stayed!
Jillian did an amazing job!! Our dog is always a bit nervous meeting someone new and getting left behind but Jillian was able to win him over easily! Would highly recommend!
Jillian was amazing! She went above and beyond for our pups even leaving us a detailed note when we got home on how they did. She sent multiple cute photos from every visit with our dogs, and was patient with our girl that took awhile to warm up. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter over a holiday weekend.
Jillian is fantastic with pets!! I have seen her care for several dogs ranging in size and breed, and she has been wonderful with all of them. Jillian has a big heart, is extremely responsible, and an animal lover! Dogs are always drawn to her— I would trust Jillian to not only take care of my dog, but shower them with love too!!
