Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have 18+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats and extensive experience fostering rescue both, providing daily care, socialization, training reinforcement, and exercise to help them thrive in new environments. I've worked with pets of all ages, breeds, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior companions. I'm currently pursuing my Master of Public Health in Health Policy after earning my Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. My background in health and wellness has strengthened my attention to safety, routine, and compassionate, individualized care—qualities I bring to every pet I look after. As a former NCAA Division II student-athlete, I love staying active and enjoy walks, runs, hikes, and enrichment activities tailored to each dog's needs. Whether your pet loves adventure or prefers a slower pace, I'm happy to match their routine. I have experience with multi-pet households, basic training reinforcement, medication administration when needed, and caring for rescue animals. I also have a reliable vehicle and am happy to travel throughout the DMV for recurring walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays. I treat every pet like family and strive to provide dependable, loving care while keeping owners updated with plenty of photos and communication along the way.

Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I've cared for pets in rural, suburban, and urban settings and am comfortable working with dogs that are still learning house manners or adjusting to new routines. If booking a drop-in visit, I appreciate any parking information or recommendations ahead of time to help ensure I arrive promptly and maximize my time with your pets!

Jillian is an exceptional young lady who goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done perfectly. She took care of our 2 cats brilliantly and they were very happy to have her around. They were in great shape when we return. I recommend Jillian for cats and dogs care with no reserve.
Jillian is awesome. My dog loves her and she is wonderful with him. He is a big high energy guy and she walked him and spent good time getting him tired out and happy. We used her while we were on vacation but liked her so much decided to use her weekly to walk him.

Schedule
I'm currently pursuing my graduate degree, with most of my classes scheduled in the afternoons and evenings a few days each week. This gives me flexibility during the mornings, midday, and weekends for walks, drop-in visits, feedings, playtime, and overnight care. I'm also happy to accommodate recurring schedules whenever possible.
