I like to stick to their routines—meals, walks, playtime, and snuggles—so everything feels familiar and comfortable as it would normally. It's important to give plenty of attention, cuddles, and enrichment during each visit.

Before I meet your furry friends, there are a few important things I like to confirm to make sure everyone stays safe and happy. First, it’s essential that pets are up to date on their Distemper and Rabies vaccines—this keeps your pet, other animals I care for, and me safe, especially since I regularly work with pets of all ages, including some who are older or have sensitive immune systems. I also ask about food allergies, behavioral traits (like leash, food, or dog aggression), and whether dogs are comfortable in the car. Knowing these details helps me understand your pet inside and out so I can provide care that’s safe, comfortable, and tailored to their unique personality. My goal is always to create an environment where your pet feels happy, relaxed, and loved—just like they would at home!
A typical day
The activities I do with pets depend on the service requested, as well as each pet’s age, mobility, and personality. For walks, I stick close to local parks or nearby neighborhoods, encouraging healthy socialization with other dogs, people, and all the sights and smells around us. During house sitting, I can incorporate training techniques if requested, plus plenty of playtime with favorite toys, snuggles, and interactive games to keep your pet happy and content.

Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs, cats, birds and all breeds of animals since I was young. I love animals and the light they bright to our lives- who doesn't want their fur-baby cared for and safe while we’re away?!? With years on hands on experience in a veterinary office, I have become well versed in grooming (nail trims, bathes, brushing), behavior and medication administration. Each day I learn more and more about our furry friends and how to give back to them, so they can continue to give their love to us:)
