Jillian H. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.
Jillian clearly loves animals and took great care of our dog, who was happy and well cared for when we returned. And she sent tons of photos and videos!! She had some transportation and communication issues on the first day causing a late arrival and no updates in the interim, but the rest of the stay went smoothly. And unfortunately we did come home to a dirty a kitchen. Overall, we appreciated the loving care our dog received but would have liked a smoother day 1 and more attention to state of the home.
