Jillian clearly loves animals and took great care of our dog, who was happy and well cared for when we returned. And she sent tons of photos and videos!! She had some transportation and communication issues on the first day causing a late arrival and no updates in the interim, but the rest of the stay went smoothly. And unfortunately we did come home to a dirty a kitchen. Overall, we appreciated the loving care our dog received but would have liked a smoother day 1 and more attention to state of the home.

Overall Jillian did a great job. I received lots of videos and pictures of my fur babies. I could tell they were taken care of and loved. I had 5 animals so there was a lot to handle Knocking a star off just because there were some dishes left in the sink and the cats were given the wrong food for the first few days of the trip, however Jillian did rectify this issue after seeing the problem Otherwise, very solid and Jillians did a great job.

Jillian was super communicative and took great care of our pups overnight! We also returned to a super clean home and some tired dogs!!

Jillian stayed at our house for 2 nights. She took great care of our 6 dogs and 4 cats. Her love for animals shines.

Jillian was punctual and communicative. This was the second time she has watched my dog and I'll definitely hire her again!

Gillian provided top-notch care for my four dogs, and I'm so thankful to have found her. After meeting the dogs, she put my mind at ease, and the daily photos she sent were a lovely surprise. When we returned home, the dogs were happy and relaxed, a testament to Gillian's excellent care. We'll be sure to book her again for our next trip - she's definitely earned our trust!
