Availability
I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am.

Walking! I love to hike long miles in the forest, local parks, and urban areas. If approved, I'd also like to visit agility areas and dog parks. Throwing balls and racing back and forth. At night I love cuddling and brushing.

Pet care experience
Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome.

Jillian is a stellar pet sitter. She was incredibly reliable, communicative and caring with our two dogs. We have one very mischievous three year old dog who wants to escape our yard and go on adventures and a 17 year old senior who needs special attention. Jillian cared for both of them with confidence and when we returned they were both in good spirits, had obviously received a lot of walks and love and our home was perfectly clean. We will definitely be using Jillian’s services again.
Jillian is incredible. She watched our two pups at our home for several days and when we returned, our fur babies were happy, tired, and obviously loved being with her. Jillian asked insightful questions prior to the stay and sent an abundance of cute videos and texts during our trip that gave us confidence that the pups were being well cared for. We will definitely want to use Jillian for dog sitting again!
Jillian is so thoughtful and kind! I knew my little catdude was well taken care of and comfortable. She sent lots of vids and updates throughout and made sure he was well fed and had lots of treats. 10/10 experience!
Jillian is fantastic! Jillian is reasonable with pricing and works with your schedule. Jillian ensures clear communication before, during, and after each visit. She has stayed with our dog a few time and each time she has gone above and beyond in offering our dog daily activities. She sends photos and videos of the daily adventures they take together. I feel at ease knowing our dog is happy and in great hands with Jillian. Additionally she leave our home clean and sometime better than we left it. I couldn’t ask for a better caretaker for our dog and our home!
