I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am.

A typical day
Walking! I love to hike long miles in the forest, local parks, and urban areas. If approved, I'd also like to visit agility areas and dog parks. Throwing balls and racing back and forth. At night I love cuddling and brushing.

Pet care experience
Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome.

Reviews
Jillian stayed at our house with our two dogs and two cats. She was really great in communicating with us and gave us updates about our pets. She gave the dogs really great exercise and even bathed and brushed them. Also, the house was super clean when we got home. She really went above and beyond. We will be using her again in the near future!
Jillian was great! On short notice she was willing to come meet us and get to know our dog before we booked her for dog sitting at our house. She took our active dog on long daily walks to the park near our house. She shared updates and photos of the fun they had each day. We felt comfortable that our dog was in great hands. When she left the house she left in better than she found it! We would welcome Jillian back again!
Jillian has watched my two dogs in my home three times now and does an excellent job every time . The dogs love her!
Jillian took great care of our dogs Holly and Captain and our cat Jackie. She walked the dogs many times while we were gone for almost a week! She also played ball with them in the yard. They were well exercised, more than we usually do. She also left my house in good shape. Plan to book with Jillian again in the future.
