This is my second time booking with Jillian and she was wonderful. Incredibly communicative, arrives exactly when she says she is going to, and is very generous with all the time she spends with my dogs. This was my first time using Rover & I could not have had a better experience with Jillian. She came by to meet us ahead of the overnight stay and my dogs took to her immediately. Jillian is kind, caring & truly loves animals. It’s never easy leaving your pets with someone you don’t know but I felt very comfortable with Jillian knowing they were in good hands. My house was just as clean as when I left it and she even stayed longer than requested. I will absolutely book with Jillian again.
