Hello pet parents! I bring 15 years of deep pet care experience to Rover, rooted in a lifetime of loving animals. I actually grew up on a farm caring for a wide variety of different animals from a young age. This foundational upbringing instilled in me an instinctual understanding of animal behavior and welfare. As an adult dog owner, I experienced the rewards of adopting and completely training an Australian Shepherd and a Border Collie. Raising two incredibly intelligent, high-energy working breeds taught me the absolute necessity of patience, positive reinforcement, and clear structural routines. Today, my Aussie manages hypothyroidism, which means I am deeply familiar with specialized medical care. I am fully accustomed to administering daily medications exactly on schedule and maintaining a carefully balanced exercise routine to keep her healthy and thriving.

We had an unexpected trip and couldn’t take our two girls (Border Collie and Australian Shepherd) with us. We were in a panic! We reached out to Jillian, and she came through for us, big time. She fed and walked our dogs, as scheduled. But, more importantly, she both loved on them and played with them. She made sure they got the exercise they needed. And she sent us tons of pics and videos, which assured us they were being well cared for and that we had made the right choice for our pups. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jillian is such a wonderful young lady. She is smart, reliable and caring. She is down to earth, responsible and beyond her years in maturity. She is a sweetheart! Her love for animals has been witnessed for the cat at home, to a horse in the barn and a dog at the pool playing frisbee. Loving and caring for animals is just one of her many attributes. She is perfect for this.
I highly recommend Jillian as a pet sitter. She provided excellent care for my two dogs, including giving medications as instructed. She is dependable, attentive, and caring, and I felt completely comfortable knowing my dogs were in her care. I feel my dogs we were loved and provided for as if they were her own dogs. I would gladly use her services again!
Jillian did such a wonderful job walking my dog and I couldn’t recommend her more! She was reliable, caring, and very attentive to his needs. I felt completely comfortable trusting her with my dog, and it was clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. My dog always came back happy and well exercised and I never felt that I had to worry about him while he was in her care. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog walker. She is someone I would trust with my dog again in a heartbeat!

Schedule
I am currently an Orthodontic Intern at LECOM School of Dental Medicine. My hours are 8:15AM-11:45AM and 12:45PM-3:45PM. I am available to stop in around the morning, lunch, and afternoon hours.
