Jillian is so great with my pets, especially my extremely nervous dog. She is patient and compassionate with him, and he seemed to warm up to her right away. Jillian is a great communicator, sending photos and regular updates about the pets. She is a comfort to my dog while I am away, and to myself knowing that my pets are in good hands.
