We recently had Jill watch our dogs while we were on vacation, and this was our first time using someone who wasn’t family—so I was definitely nervous going into it. Each of our dogs has their own unique needs. One is very shy and takes time to warm up to new people, another has an autoimmune condition that requires medication (and still has plenty of puppy energy!), and can be food aggressive, so he needs to be fed separately. It’s not always an easy group to manage, which made leaving them even harder. From day one, Jill completely put my mind at ease. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and never made me feel like I was being over the top. She sent regular updates, which meant so much, and it was clear our dogs were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my pets, but I truly trust Jill and would absolutely have her watch them again. On top of taking amazing care of our dogs, she went above and beyond—keeping the house clean, doing the laundry from the room she stayed in (which was not expected at all), and even bringing in our packages. I can’t recommend her enough!
