Safety, trust & environment

I aim to meet any of the owner’s expectations (crate training, pet hygiene, routine.) I understand raw and kibble feedings if your pet requires that. I listen and aim to understand your animals body language rather they have to go out or need space, or want to play. If you have a working dog, i’m willing to give them that needed mental stimulation and exercise.

Information Jill O. would like to know about your pet

I do not mind taking care of special need animals or reactive animals. I understand not all animals are the same as long as the animals needs and behavior is communicated ahead of time such as allergies, behavior, triggers, etc.

A typical day

Since I have a high energy dog myself, I know how to create lick mats, snuffle mats, enrichment toys, and high drive activities. I love to let dogs go on decompression walks by allowing them lead to sniff around the neighborhood. I try to work a dogs brain along with playing catch and tug.

Pet care experience

Big or small, puppy or adult, i love them all. I’m experienced with reactive, shy, special needs or skittish dogs and cats. I have years of experience training (obedience, scent work, search & rescue). I am willing to help teach your dog any commands or tricks you have in mind or just in general. I’ve taught my previous clients: Spin, Between, Around. My dog currently possesses his Canine Good Citizen (CGC). I also study & love to learn about animals wants, needs and nutrition. I have a big side yard and private dog park in the community that i would love to allow your dog to roam in. I provide a dog pen if needed and access to treats, chews and water. I own dogs but they remain in a separate part of the house at all times. For an additional charge, I offer dog bathing if soap is provided due to possible allergies. I love hiking and going on adventures and can promise that your dog will leave with a smile on their face. I’m always open to discussion about your pet prior to accepting the booking and open to change my rates accordingly to account for your dogs needs & hours needed.

Jill is the most professional loving care giver I could have ever hired for my boys. She's walked them and stayed in my home overnigh and has blended well into my family. Most important, she's trust worthy and she sends photos so I dont worry about my boys when I'm away. I recommend her highly!

Jill was exceptional! She was more attentive to our dog's needs and communicative with us than we'd ever experienced with other dog sitters! We will definitely book with her again!

Jill looked after our pup in 4th of July weekend and came prepared to provide ear muffs for our dog due to the loud fireworks. She is always observant, thoughtful, goes the extra mile, and takes the best care of our dog and home. We have hired various dog sitters over the years, and she has truly been the best!

We are blessed and thankful to have such a caring and reliable sitter such as Jill take care of our pup and our home. She does an amazing job following all instructions and goes above and beyond by taking care of our home and pup as if they were her own. Cannot recommend enough!
