NOTICE: Please be advised. Rover does not attach the usual Holiday Rate to EASTER. However, we do. Therefore an upwards adjustment will be made to the cost of any stay that includes Easter weekend. Our house isn't fancy but the important things about dog care: (playing, snuggling, walks, treats and ...plenty of potty breaks!) exist in abundance under our roof and in our fenced yard with easy access via patio door. Ranch style home so no stairs if that is a concern for senior dogs.

My dog stayed with Jill once for doggy daycare, and a few days later she spent five nights with Jill and her family. When I brought her back the second time, she was clearly excited to see Jill again. Jill was really kind and flexible, and our communication was always smooth. I received daily updates about how my dog was doing, which I really appreciated. Borka clearly felt comfortable and happy during her stay, and when I picked her up, everything was perfect — she was completely herself, which tells me she’d been in very good hands. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my best furry friend! :-)

Jill is reliable, professional, warm, friendly, and loving with my dogs. I'm so glad a friend referred me to Jill several years ago. She's my go-to for pet sitters. I've used her for many stays with a feeling of trust and comfort when I drop them off (2 golden retrievers) and again when I pick them up. They go into her house on arrival with great enthusiasm and greet me excitedly on my return. I highly recommend her!
Jill and her family took excellent care of our Ibizan Hound, Mr Beasley. He is an energetic 3 year old and they handled him with kindness and compassion. I received a message daily with photo and comment on his adjustment to their home. We will definitely use Jill again!

Schedule
I work from home. My twin young adult sons also live here. There is very rarely a time dogs are left alone. Drop-off and pick-up between 7am-11pm.

Safety, trust & environment
APOLOGIES BUT WE CANNOT TAKE PIT BULLS. (due to an agreement with our neighbors.) We often have dogs from more than one family. We are experienced in socializing but can separate as needed.
A typical day
We spend LOTS of time in the yard. Many hands available to play fetch. Birds, squirrels and sometimes even toads to stalk. Nice long walks by my sons. Most times they are gone with the dogs for over 30 minutes. Rainy? Too cold outside? A nice round of tug-a-rope will pass the time.
