With family out of town, we boarded our senior pup with Jill over Thanksgiving and I'm so glad we found her! Our dog is slow to warm up in new situations with new people and can be anxious and fearful. Jill was very understanding and went out of her way to make Lola comfortable. She sent frequent updates, including pictures, and it was evident that Lola had a great time while in her care. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook with Jill in the future. Thank you again, Jill!

Safety, trust & environment

Pets

A typical day

I love to have fun with pets and will include playtime as well as going to new and different environments. I love dog walking down by the beach and as a part of my home sitting, if you are OK with this, I am happy to bring your dog along with my two dogs and we can go walking down at the beach. I don’t normally go to Dog beaches and I can if you normally do that with your pet. Depending upon your dogs age and needs we can do longer walks or we can do shorter walks more often. I also work in a dog friendly office so if I need to go into the office and I don’t always, but if I do and you approve it I can bring your dog with me and my two dogs. That way your dog will get love Dawn by whoever is in the office that day and played with by more people as well.

It’s important for me to know what your dog loves to do, what kind of play here she enjoys most and I will make sure to include that in our time together. It’s also very important if the pet has certain dietary needs or medication that needs to be given at certain times that I have that information as well.
