I Can't Wait to Meet Your Pup!
There is nothing I love more than a day walking and playing with dogs. So becoming a pet sitter is a dream come true! I grew up with dogs (a golden retriever and a sheltie) and many cats. I currently have a very sweet GSD rescue dog named Roxy. I also have two Savannah cats who act like dogs. I have spent a lot of time as an adult pet sitting other people's adorable furry friends. I'm good at reading dog body language and will be able to help keep your pet comfortable during their stay with me. If your pup is a little anxious, don't worry. I know how to engage with an anxious dog without being overbearing, to help them take their mind off the fact that their family is gone. I'll play with them, give them a frozen Kong or other toy to play with, and I'm fully available for snuggles. My dog was leash reactive, and because of him, I am very experienced with reactive dogs and difficult walkers! So if your pup is reactive or anxious, they’ll been in good hands with me. I'm so excited to meet you and your dog! If you have a cat, no problem! I'm happy to spend time with feline friends as well.

Jill was fantastic looking after our elder cat while we were away from home for 3 weeks. We were intimidated being away for so long, but Jill made us feel like we weren’t so far away from home after all with regular updates and pictures, and communicating anything that we might want to know. Upon our return, our cat did not seem lethargic or starved for attention at all. The home was also in excellent condition, exactly as we had left it. I would recommend Jill to anyone seeking her services!
Jill is the perfect cat-sitter!!!! She went out of her way to help out with looking after my cat while I was away: she played and hung out with my cat so much that my cat was in exceptional health and not stressed or anxious in any way when I came home (in contrast, my past pet sitters did not spend much time, leaving my cat stressed, anxious and unhealthy whenever I came home) . Jill had obviously spent a lot of time with my feline, because the minute my cat saw me , she ran over to the brushes and toys that Jill had been using and excitedly danced around. I'm definitely book Jill again! Highly recommend!
Jill did drop in visits while I was away. She took care of her as I requested, sent sweet pics and write ups and my cat was content when I came back. Thank you!
Jill was great! She came by to check on our kitty and feed him. Made sure to let us know how our cat was doing with food and everything, and stayed for some pets. We appreciate it!

I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule so I can stop in and check on your fur baby early mornings, during the day, or evenings.

I always carefully follow clients indirections for how to care for their pets and behave in their home. I’ve been a pet parent to a high maintenance dog and a few crazy cats, so I know a lot about pet safety and how to thwart escape attempts.

A typical day
I love exploring different neighborhoods, parks and dog parks. If your dog has favorite places to go, I'm happy to take them there. Inside, we'll play games, snuggle and just spend time together.
