Pet care experience

✨ Beyond Boarding, It’s Family ✨

Here, dogs aren’t just visitors — they become part of our family. Full-time dog caregiver, devoted to keeping tails wagging, minds busy, and paws happy. I spend most of my time at home, almost completely centered around dogs. I see them as friends I can communicate with about everything—looking after their meals and daily routines, helping them grow mentally and physically. My approach to boarding is professional, thoughtful, and intentionally selective, not to limit care, but to ensure the highest quality environment for every dog I welcome. By honoring each dog’s individual personality and comfort level, I help them build confidence and form positive, happy friendships at their own pace. Unless it’s a true last-minute emergency, I’d appreciate it if you could spend a few minutes reviewing my information before submitting your request. It will save time on questions that are already answered and give you a clearer understanding of the situation than an in-person visit.

Paulie stayed with Jill and her husband for 8 days and I was so sad to be apart from him for his bday but she bought balloons and his fav gift and had a bday party for him. She is SPECIAL!!!

Jill was absolutely amazing with Lola! She kept us updated throughout the entire week, sent multiple pictures, and stayed in constant communication, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that Lola was happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. Jill went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch her. We will absolutely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring with their pets. Thank you, Jill, for taking such great care of our girl! ❤️🐾

Jill was amazing. Communication was top notch. My dog was in the best care and had plenty of friends to spend time with while I went out of town. I received pictures multiple times a day which made me so happy to see my dog happy. Jill will be my go to going forward.

Our dogs love being at Jill’s! She is great with sending photos and they look so happy in all of them. We know our dogs are loved and cared for just like they are when home with us.

🐾 Boarding & Daycare Boarding: Drop off after 8 AM · Pick up before 8 PM Daycare: Drop off after 9 AM · Pick up before 5 PM (Need earlier drop-off or later pick-up? Book boarding instead!) 📌 Please provide a 30‑minute drop‑off & pick‑up window so we can welcome each pup calmly and safely. 🏡 Why Dogs Love It Here ✅ Full-time dog sitter – I’m always home with the pups ✅ 6,300 sqft fenced backyard – safe, supervised playtime all day ✅ Toy pool heaven – for dogs who just can’t get enough toys ✅ Playgroups by age, size & temperament – every pup finds their crowd ✅ Separate feeding We are very mindful about preventing GDV (gastric dilatation-volvulus) in dogs, especially for senior and young large-breed dogs — by limiting vigorous activity at least 30 minutes before and an hour after meals to minimize any risk. ✅ Photo/video updates every day Whether your dog loves to run all day or just chill by my side during chores or my husband’s office calls — we make them feel right at home. Many of my clients are repeat families who value a predictable, stress-free experience for their dogs.

Safety, trust & environment

All dogs in my care are friendly . (I only accept breeds that I’m familiar with or can confidently manage ) Dogs as long as no aggressive they will find a comfortable spot in my house.Dogs are often better than humans at finding their own comfort zones. The playful ones gather together to romp around, the quiet ones lounge on the couch and watch, and the shy ones sometimes surprise you by suddenly becoming lively and affectionate toward a particular friend.

A typical day

🐾 Our Daily Routine We start the day bright and early and usually wind down before 10 PM (a little later on weekends). 🕗 Structure + Fun – Meals, walks, nap “recharge” time, and plenty of indoor & outdoor play are all part of our daily rhythm. 🎾 Endless Playtime – Our pups enjoy tons of toys, a giant toy pool in the sunny room, and lots of space to run and explore. 🎬 Cozy Evenings – After an active day, there’s always time for cuddles and the occasional movie night. 🍪 Special Treats – We love giving snacks (just let me know about any allergies ahead of time).

If your dog has a history of swallowing toys(or others), please let me know in advance. Damaging toys is completely fine, but dogs that tend to swallow fabric toys or squeakers must be disclosed ahead of time. I will avoid these risks accordingly. If your dog shows any sickness before coming, especially contagious coughing, please let me know, you can cancel anytime for free. If such symptoms appear after he/she arrives, I’ll need you to pick up right away to keep other dogs safe If your dog has any of the following tendencies, our home may not be the most comfortable match for them: 1. They feel very anxious and howl when they can’t see people. 2. They have difficulty being around other dogs — whether joining group activities or relaxing in their own space. 3. They get stressed when left alone and may become destructive or unable to rest quietly in a crate for even an hour. From my experience, if I feel your pup would be a good fit, there’s usually no need for a meet&greet. If you’re mainly wondering whether your dog will get along with mine, keep in mind that the dogs you meet during an interview might not be the same ones here during boarding. If you just want to see how your pup likes our setup and routine, I’d actually recommend a half-day daycare — it’s a much better way to get a real sense of how they’ll do here. (Feel free to use my promo code: jilld23918 to get ur first Rover booking $40off) I have plenty of bowls, slow-feeder bowls, water dispensers, dog beds, toys, and blankets for all the pups here. To keep your pup’s personal items clean and safe, you only need to bring their food, leash, and harness. All food and personal items are stored safely in the pantry, away from curious noses. This also helps prevent other pups from getting to your dog’s toys, leash, or harness and possibly chewing on them. Guest Requirements & What to Bring • Sorry, no Boxer, Pitbull, Rottweiler, bully breeds, or aggressive dogs. ( I don’t accept breeds that I’m not familiar with or can’t confidently manage) • All pups must be house-trained and non-destructive. • Please bring: labeled food with instructions, sturdy collar (harness optional). • No need to bring toys, crates, beds, or bowls — we provide all.(The reasons are outlined above and in the photos.) Health & Safety • Vaccinations up to date (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella). Please provide me with their vaccination records from the vet. • Tick & flea prevention required. • Spayed/neutered if over 12 months. • Let us know about medical issues, allergies, or behavior concerns. • All pups usually play well but can get energetic — for safety, please make sure nails are trimmed and smooth to prevent injury during play. Our home is always kept clean and comfortable for every guest.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
