Lifetime of Pet Love
I grew up in a family that always had at least one beloved pet (dogs, cats, bunny rabbits, budgie birds). I currently share a home with my much loved cat Cleo, who is very friendly, curious, funny and playful. Not to mention she loves a good snuggle, on her terms of course. While I have no formal experience in pet care I love animals and have often taken care of family and friend's dogs and cats. Having hired pet sitters myself in the past I am very familiar with the importance of this job - the need to be calm, open and build trust with the pets as well as the owners. Along with tending to needs of the pet and being respectful of the home and routines the owners and pets require.

As mentioned having been on the receiving end of pet care, it is of the up most importance that both the pet and the owner are comfortable with me. And that I respect the needs, routines and guidelines laid out by the owner to ensure their pet is well loved and cared for. As well being respectful of the owners privacy and personal space / living area, keep it tidy and as I found it. It is very important to me to make sure to communicate well and establish trust with the owner and the pet.

Jill was amazing with our dog who greeted her with a smile usually reserved for family. We have an older dog and Jill was patient and kind spending more time with her than we thought. I would definitely hire her again. Ps our cat even sat on her lap!
I've known Jill for many years and one thing that has stood out is her affection for animals. She is always kind, caring and attentive to my pets. She is reliable, trustworthy and conscientious. She is a good listener and notes and remembers details.
My cat is old and was born in the wild so nervous with strangers- but she was very comfortable with Jill - I will definitely ask for help from Jill again

Schedule
I am self employed and so I can create my own hours and routine. I work in a creative field and will at times have to book myself off. But for the most part I am very flexible. I will always endeavour to communicate as soon as possible any up coming schedule changes.
