Jill was so kind to my kitties & was patient & met them in their own time. I really appreciate her work.

Normally when we go out of town my mother watches our animals, so naturally when she couldn’t we were very nervous to leave our pets in the care of someone we didn’t know. Jill made sure to come meet everyone and make sure they were comfortable with her, as well as doing another drop by without us being home to make sure our anxious dog would receive her entering the house well. Everything went really well and we were comfortable leaving for our trip. While we were gone Jill was really good at replying to any and all questions we had very quickly. We might have been a bit obnoxious still being away from our pets, but Jill made us feel understood and made sure we were comfortable. When we got home we could tell everyone was really well cared for while away. Thank you for everything Jill!
