I believe routine is important for animals and for people. I will do my best to ensure consistency in your pet's routine - whether that's feeding times, exercise, play time, pet time. I know every animal and every situation is unique. I want to understand how you and your pet feel safest and most comfortable so that I can continue that care.

I'm an active person who will happily take your pet on any approved adventure - whether that's a long walk, a light jog, a small stroll, a fetch session or a journey in a stroller. I've done it all for many years. I even have a lot of experience taking dogs paddleboarding. In short, just about any fun activity your pet is used to is on the menu when they are in my care. The only thing I would prefer not to do is take dogs to a dog park. I feel that is too risky if I am not familiar with the dogs, the other owners or the setting.

Hi! I'm Jill and I'd love to help take care of your pet - whether that's an afternoon walk, a pet sit or anything in between. I've had pets of my own for many years, including my cat Dot who passed in 2014 and my dog of 14 years Coconut, who I lost in 2026. Now that I don't have pets of my own, I want to spread the love and care for others' animals. I'm a single working professional with a flexible work and volunteering schedule, which means I can spend ample time with your baby - whether they want lots of activity or just someone to hang with them on the couch. Over the years, my family has had many pets (my mom fostered animals out of our home), and my sister is a vet (always on call for me as needed!). I have also watched others' pets for many years (mostly dogs and cats) and have experience with senior pets, diabetic pets and asthmatic pets. Yes, I know how to give a cat an inhaler :) I know your pet is a precious family member, and I will ensure s/he is in the best possible care under my watch - whether it's for a walk or an overnight stay. I have never known Jill to do anything halfway. Whatever she undertakes, it is done whole-heartedly and to the highest of standards. If the love and devotion she shows her own dog is any indication of how your beloved family members will be treated then book her with confidence. Jill will follow your instructions "to the letter" as she takes her responsibilities seriously. Important to know, is that she has a razor-sharp mind with terrific problem-solving abilities. She works from home, which has a lovely fenced-in yard, so your pet(s) will get the attention they deserve. I will be traveling for three weeks in Europe and I will not worry for a second about the care my pets will receive.
Jill pet sits for my dogs. She is attentive, caring and very responsible. All requests were completed in a timely fashion and I highly recommend her for both pet-sitting and/or dog walking. She's a true animal lover and treats the pets she cares for as if they were her own.
Jill is incredibly responsible and a huge animal lover. She is knowledgeable about the needs of dogs, well organized, considerate, communicative and an all around fantastic care giver. I have known Jill for over 2 years and not only is she a great person, I am time and time again impressed with how caring she is with dogs. I couldn’t recommend Jill more to care for an animal.
Jill was a fantastic caregiver for my dogs. She is a great communicator, sending regular photo and text updates to let me know what my pets were doing each day. She asked several specific questions during the meet and greet about my pets and their care routines, including things I wouldn't have thought to mention! It is clear that she cares deeply about dogs and making each owner feel comfortable leaving their pets in her care. She also has a wonderful dog, Coconut--he was a great companion to my pets and they loved to play. Since she has boarded her dog with several different sitters, she has learned what owners look for in a sitter and how to make them and their pets feel at ease. Look no further for another sitter--owners will love her for her responsibility and communications skills, while dogs love her for her active lifestyle, cuddles, and their new playmate, Coconut.
